From our initial meeting and throughout the four weeks, she always kept me updated and answered all my questions no matter what they were. She never acted bothered and was always polite. When an issue did arise, she went out of her way to help make contact with our insurance company in order to get solved. She intervened when needed even with the rental car agency.
