The entire process was explained when I dropped off my car. I gave them the USAA "photo quote" on repairs to the car and the Caliber inspector and I examined my vehicle. There were a couple of areas that were not civered in the USAA quote. Caliber took care of updating he quote to USA. Caliber contacted me several times via phone as well as text messages to keep me informed of the progress on the repair of the vehicle, to include informing ne that the new fender was damaged when received and was returned and that the new fnder would be in the next day. The completed repair was excellent - no overspray, no mismatch of colors between old and new paint and alignment of front driver door tones fender had a correct equal gap all he way from top to bottom. Within 10 minutes of me calling I was able to set up getting my rental immediately and my car to get brought in to get repaired! The staff that was in there was beyond helpful I honestly felt like I wasn’t dealing with an accident they took care of everything for me kept me updated every Tuesday and Thursday letting me know exactly what was going on with the process of my car repairs. When it came time to pick up my car which only took about 3 weeks I was a little nervous about the body work, I’ve seen some bad repairs in my previous accidents.
