From day 1 I was in touch with Michele who was very helpful in accepting my vehicle. I had called other shops for 2 hrs, with no success, before finding her. Since that day to the end, she was always responsive and communicative to the case. She was also very informative regarding the insurance policy and process.

It's been awhile since I've come across a business that still has a thing called "aloha".
