Upon delivery and leaving the shop, a few issues have been found. A portion of the plastic within the GMC logo on the steering wheel is missing. The driver's side window had trouble moving for a time. And the third row seats - the release straps are severely over-extended - This needs correction.

Staff were regularly available to provide updates. Unfortunately, the updates were too often that we were still waiting on parts.

Michael and Brian we great to work with. They were spot on with pricing. They have work on my other Cadillac previously. The work was prefect as usual. This was a small project. I dropped the car off at 7:45 and it was ready before noon. The best auto body shop I have dealt with.

I got my estimate quickly, got an appointment to fix it within 2 days and got my repaired car back the same day. It looks great. They even washed it. It was much easier then I expected it to be.
