Took way too long. They weren't forthcoming on the phone about how long they'd have my car. By the time I took off work to drive the car there to drop off I found out it would take up to a month but I dropped it off anyway. It then took 10 weeks.

Should have made it extremely clear when I first called about how long I could expect to be without my car. When I brought my car in, they said it can take "up to a month" which was a total surprise to me. It didn't help that it ended up taking 10 weeks.
