The vehicle has not been fully repaired. When opening the trunk, we noticed that the interior trim was improperly reinstalled and that one part was not replaced. We attempted to visit your shop the following day, but it was closed. We will try to stop by again today.

Though it took forever to get the car, the delay was attributable to the insurer and OAB-particularly Deana and Sarah- kept me continuously updated, timely answered every one of my calls and questions, and were extremely helpful and professional throughout the entire process.
