    "If it were a scale of 1 to 1,000, it would be a 1,000. I have ZERO complaints. Every person that I spoke to was amazing. They were very kind and understanding. They never made me feel bad for asking questions - and I ask A LOT of questions. Also, when I went to pick up my car, I asked if I could leave it there to go return the rental car. They agreed of course, but then asked if I had a ride back. I told them no and that I planned to walk across the street from the rental car store and down to the Toyota dealership and ask them for a ride. The shop staff immediately shut that down respectfully stating that was not necessary and they would have someone from their team pick me up and bring me back. I told them that I really didn't mind and that I was already appreciative of all they had done, but they insisted on helping me. The employee who picked me up from the rental car store was just"
