It was truly an awesome experience working with you all. First and foremost, customer service was #1, next was the professionalism and timeliness of the repairs. I was always given an explanation if there were any issues regarding any extended time of my repairs. Every time I walked into the front door, I was ALWAYS greeted and felt very welcomed. I know exactly where to go for ALL my car needs, and it's OKA'S! I am a very happy customer. Thank you so much, from the very start to the very last second my car was in your hands, it has been well taken care of. I brought my car back because I was not satisfied with the bodywork, the panel looked wavy. When I picked it up it was the same. James told me it was an orange peel issue and it'll buff out. Not the case. One of the issues I had with the repair was the white paint on my tire and wheel. Upon inspection before leaving, the paint on the wheel was not removed. Went back to the office to ask James to look at something. I didn't want to bring it up in front of customers there to pickup their vehicle. He was apologetic about his guys overlooking it. He came back with a polish and rag. He spent several minutes trying to remove it. He had to work at the area so much that he removed the Lexus gunmetal paint on the wheel down to the black base. I told him he caused the damage, he apologized again but didn't offer any way to correct his mistake. I was fed up with my experience at Oka's! When I got home I noticed a scratch on my glass that wasn't there before. Dealing with Oka's is a nightmare. I expected better from a shop that's been in business for 50 years!

Bodywork wavy in an area that wasn't originally damaged. Took it back 2 days later. James inspected and advised it's orange peel and will be buffed out. Got my car back in the same condition. Fed up with the guys who worked on my car and not having pride in their workmanship!

seemed a bit pricey, but well done
