Oka's body shop staffs make me feel very welcome . I'm pleased with their prompt progress report . Only one minor problem I had , I had a little difficulty finding a radio station I've set , it was changed by staff. Other than that I'm very satisfied.

The pros: Wonderful, warm customer service by Helen. She was very engaging and very prompt communicating any questions or concerns I had. The entire staff set a very welcoming tone which made for a comfortable experience. Brandon was also very detailed communicating the estimate of the repairs and very thorough explaining the final repairs completed. Color match was on point and honestly looked as though the damage was never there! I appreciated the convenient text message and personal phone call updates informing me about my cars repairs throughout the process. The cons: The first repair of two resulted in a fixture repair of the right rear light that was not properly functioning. Perhaps a final step was missed? Was not aware until it was pointed out by my husband. There were white marks (looked like it was wax?) near the repair site as well as on the right side of my car some of which I really didn't mind. However there was a very noticeable 7 inch white streak on the passenger side next to the door handle. Thankfully my husband was able to scrub off with a wet cloth. Attention to details like this would make your service nearly perfect. Overall despite the above cons, I am VERY pleased with Okas service. Thank you!!
