My car was repaired good, but they harassed me on delivery of my car. May be the service provider haveincompetent mechanics . May be the manger favouring the rental car company by delaying the delivery. .Because my car delivery date was changed five times. It doesn't make sense. So iI never recommend anybody to get service from Oliver Auto Body.

Though the repair service is good but whole system of service is third class, irresponsible staff coordination, incompetent machenics who do not know in three weeks what damaged, which parts to order., when the repair will be completed.. 5 times they changed the delivery date. Really unbelievable, unexpected service it was.

Second time I’ve had to use the Autobody, and they nailed it again.

Communication, especially with delays in the vehicle being finished could improve. My vehicle this time was marked several times as finished and I was only told it wasn’t when I called the shop.
