- took a month for seemingly minor repair - after repair, car began to make noise when turning wheel. Brought car back to Oliver’s and was told it was probably a strut issue. Brought vehicle to my local mechanic. They fixed issue and said that when subframe was installed the arms were hanging when bolts were tightened causing problem with bushings.

The job was not complete. My car was in the shop for about 3 weeks when they called and said it was ready for pickup. After driving it for a day, I felt a grinding noise, a vibration from the steering wheel, and as I accelerated the car rumbled. I brought the car back and after the mechanic checked it, they told me that a piece wasn't fitting correctly and that a part needed to be replaced. The part had to be ordered but Andrea told me it was ok to drive. I had to wait a week for the part to come in and stay at the shop because I returned the rental and had no other transportation. I am dissatisfied because all of this should have been checked before they called the job completed. I did not feel safe driving the car, but had to do so for a week. As of now, I am being told that it will take "a while" to fix, and I am stuck here wasting my time waiting for the job to be 'completed' again.
