It took a week of my car being there to get an estimate when I was told it would be 1/2 hour. I left it so repair could get started asap. I had no car during that time and the time it took for repair. Also the color match is close, but off, especially in the sun. Coverage looks good and car seems to be functioning well.

Made an appointment three weeks prior to my date. When I arrived it seemed that they had no idea I was coming, even though I received a confirmed text that morning. My estimate from the insurance company that was copied b was nowhere to be seen

Oliver’s auto body did quality work on my vehicle. They even managed to get me an OEM part instead of an aftermarket, but what I love the most was the text update system that tells me when my car is expected to be finished at the same time providing current information about what the status of my vehicle is.

We were read ended but after going to pick up the vehicle we noticed paint that was completely chipped off on the trunk. We were told by the tech that was pre existing damage even though we have pictures showing the paint wasn’t chipped at all. We were then told that during the inspections process that we didn’t mention the trunk was damaged. So that is why they didn’t fix the paint. How can we mention something was damaged when there’s no signs of chipped paint until after you worked on it? We were then told it was due to power washing the vehicle that caused the paint to chip. So which one was it? Very unprofessional. Either way we have damage that was not there until they “fixed” it. I hope they fix the damages to my car but I will not bringing back my personal vehicles or my work vehicles here after how many bad experiences I have had here.
