Communication, especially with delays in the vehicle being finished could improve. My vehicle this time was marked several times as finished and I was only told it wasn’t when I called the shop.

The customer service is phenomenal and I also love their communication skills. The gentleman who did the bodywork on my Jaguar did an excellent job. He kindly explained to me what needed to be fixed. If you needed a sign this is it. I wouldn't let any other place touch any of my Jaguars.

I only took one number off because they left the damaged auto part in my vehicle for me to dispose of. That doesn't seem right. Customers usually pay some kind of fee for disposal up front.
