Locally owned and operated, Olsen Auto Body & Collision is a full service auto body repair shop. From the smallest scratch to a major collision, we do it all. Bring in your damaged vehicle and pick it up looking like new again. We will estimate your car, communicate directly with your insurance company for approval, order parts, repair, paint, and wash your vehicle. Anything we can’t do in house we will facilitate for you, like a wheel alignment or restraint system work. It will all be handled while your car is here and all you have to do is pick it up when it’s done. Our Office will be happy to help you to schedule your repair, assist in your insurance claim, set up a rental car and keep you updated while your car is in the shop. Just ask, we can help!

Very professional. Staff Very concerned about my repair. My Dodge Ram has 330,000 miles. Now it looks like 30,000 miles. Have four vehicles. Have had other repairs and paint jobs from their shop. Will always use them in the future

I cannot say enough good things about my experience here, but I especially want to recognize Brittany at the front desk. From the moment I walked in, she was absolutely outstanding. Before I could even think of what questions I needed to ask, Brittany was already giving me the information, explaining the process, contacting the insurance company, and making sure everything was taken care of. After dealing with the stress of having someone back into my car, it was such a relief to have someone make the repair process so easy. Brittany truly is the face of this company. She is professional, knowledgeable, kind, efficient, and genuinely cares about the people who walk through the door. Customer service like hers is becoming harder and harder to find, and she deserves to be recognized for it. The entire experience was seamless because they handled everything for me.
