Overall the repair of the car was perfect! However, my AC was evacuated due to the repair but I don’t believe it was recharged because my car isn’t blowing cool air anymore. So I would like to get that fixed so I have have functional AC again.

Very happy with the finish job and with the staff. Especially Miranda. The only thing that upset me was being charged 3% because I charged it and was not told about it. If I was told I would of paid cash

The “Edge” emblem was removed off of the trunk lid to repair the damage. When the emblem was reinstalled, it was installed crooked. Disappointed that no quality check was completed. I noticed it and now have to bring the vehicle back to have it corrected.
