To qualify my “no” comment, first the level expertise in auto repair, customer care and service: excellent! Customer financial services through Sunbit, however, were extremely mismanaged and disruptive. I was unable to use the financing from Sunbit to pay the required deductible that I qualified for. Instead, I paid it out of pocket, after 1.5 hrs. of unresolved financing conflicts.

The customer service is excellent. I appreciate how they contacted me with up to date reports. They did miss the original due date for my car to be repaired and when I did get my car back I noticed they used aftermarket paint and it was off and noticeable. There was also some areas where the paint was chipped. I took my car back and the repainted the entire bumper and it looked so much better and the paint was closer to the rest of my car. After the rework, I’m very happy with my car and the personal service received.

Paint job was not the best around corners- a bit sloppy in my opinion. One side of my bumper looks tighter in position than the other side. Not exactly 100 happy.
