My SUV was returned to me, the way your shop received it!

I wasn’t pleased with the way I received my Q56 back, I requested progressive to have your shop to put my SUV, back the way, brought it in to your shop! The clips on my grill was broken, and not replaced properly, and my wheel trim on both side panels was left off, alone with some other, white plastic part, my screws was not placed in my SUV for trim, ieft the shop with tape on my front grill The receptionist was nice! But the way I received the suv was unexceptiable !
