Wow! You all were amazing. 👏 I have had repairs done before at other shops but none kept me updated bi weekly by phone and text like you all. Even with a part on back order and 2 separate repairs from 2 different insurance companies you all still finished it a day early. Everything was top tier!! 🏆

The bumper that was installed on my car did not even have brackets on it to hold it together. It was a very botched up and unacceptable job. This is ridiculous. I was leery about my car being fixed here due to the many warnings on the Google reviews...they were correct. I am only giving a 3 because their customer service is good, but their work product is horrible.

The process was flawless. The staff walked me through the repair process. Everything that the said they would was done. They had my vehicle ready for pick-up two earlier than the projected date. What impressed me most was the excellent repair job, and they even washed my filthy car! I would recommend this repair to anyone seeking high quality service with no unexpected surprises.
