I will absolutely recommend O'Neill's as the 1st place to go to for auto body work--their estimate was several hundred dollars less than one other body shop that I got an estimate from. I hope they don't retire early!

When I dropped my car off at O'Neill's to be worked on, my rental car from Kulp's was not yet delivered to O'Neill's at the agreed on time. Tom O'Neill called Kulp and found out my rental car was stuck in traffic. Tom had another Kulp rental car at his shop that was reserved for someone else for the following week, so Tom had Kulp's give me the rental car that he already had at his shop to get me on my way much sooner--he didn't have to accomodate me like that. He could've just let me wait for my rental car that was stuck in traffic. As for satisfaction with the car repair--my car looks brand new again. All of this is why I would recommend them as the 1st body shop to go to. Thank you!
