Communication was not great. We had to call several times to get an update on repairs. I called on Thursday to make sure we were still on schedule to pick up the car on Friday, it was then that I was told a part came in damaged and that the car would not be ready until the following week. Had I not called I never would have known.

The crew at Opeka were amazing! When they fixed my Mercedes Benz, they explained everything, what the issue was and what they were doing every step of the way. As a woman I felt really comfortable there too, which is always a bonus!

Looks new like nothing happened, and I think the inside was dusted and floor vacuumed when it was returned? Not sure if that was needed or a courtesy, but I appreciated it nonetheless.

Very nice folks. Not sure if there is some kind of partnership or unwritten agreement with Opeka and Enterprise, but the collaboration between them made the ordeal very easy on a single person with only one car. Most painless car repair situation I have been in.
