Great customer service and accommodating. There was a misunderstanding on where I was supposed to be at 8:30am between Ourisman and the car rental place. I went to pick up the rental first and found out after arriving at Ourisman that I was a half hour late. After my explanation they were very understanding and maybe ten minutes later I was pulling out of the parking lot and five days later my car was ready for pick up. Thanks Ourisman Chevrolet for a pleasant and speedy service.

I understand it’s a job for some but I felt like they want less communication as possible. The front license plate cover Ourisman was replaced however they left the rear plate with Ourisman which is different. I asked could the change the rear and was told I have to pay. I didn’t because I felt if you changed one then the other should be done. I am big on uniform. I purchase my car from this dealership and this is how you treat your customers. Shame on you
