I was impressed by everyone I met in your GEICO office. The repair shop did a beautiful job; my Acura looks like a new car. I particularly want to give Nichole Smith my highest compliment. She was very efficient, knowledgeable and compassionate in dealing with my accident, my first one in over 60 years of driving.
