Had my truck for 1 1/2 weeks then when I went to pick it up the work that was done was horrendous.iI discussed the issue with the higher ups and the tech to have them tell me they would fix it with a factory piece and when I get a call to pick it up and it looks worse than the first time there is a problem. Had if for over two weeks still looks like sh-t. I picked it up and took it right to another body shop to have it fixed the right way. When I told the lady behind the desk that she was surprised and said”we could have fixed it the right way if we knew that’s what you wanted. What else would I want. I said I wanted a factory bumper from the start and know I’m going to get one finally.

I brought my car into their shop to get repaired on Tuesday morning. I got a call this afternoon saying my car was fixed and ready to be picked up. I’m am truly impressed how fast my car was fixed and I recommend Paintworx Collision to anyone looking for fast repairs on their vehicles. Thank you for your service

PaintWorx did a fantastic job fixing my vehicle. Had some damage to the front end of my Traverse due to hitting an animal on the NYS Thruway. Dave (owner) did the estimate and was able to fit me in right away. They worked with insurance and handled everything for me. Would recommend and absolutely go back to PaintWorx for any work we need.

You guys were so great that I just left a Google review (and I’ve literally never left reviews for anywhere else!) Thanks for being all around so great! Here’s what I wrote: I am so impressed with the work Paintworkx did to repair some dents and scrapes and a rust spot on my car! Their work is impeccable and was very reasonably priced. They even did a beautiful full detail and car wash. I couldn’t be happier! Also, their front desk staff Crystal and especially Pauline were so kind, helpful and truly went above and beyond! I’m so glad I worked with Paintworkx and highly recommend their shop!
