They did a great job fixing my car, so I would recommend them fir their work.

I got a lot of runaround with this. I had an appointment set for January 2nd and was originally told it would be ready âin a few daysâ. The next Wednesday (over a week later) I heard nothing so I called to inquire and was told the car would be ready by âThursday or Fridayâ. The next Tuesday I called and was told this time âby the end of the weekâ which would have been Jan 18th and I called on January 18th and was told it would be ready âearly next weekâ. I got a call on Tuesday saying it would be ready by 5:00 on Friday. I told them I refuse to go to Albany to pick up on a Friday afternoon at rush hour so they said they would have it ready early afternoon- and they did. But I think it is unacceptable that they had my car for 3 1/2 weeks. And worse yet....they continued to tell me it would be ready at certain days and then never call to say it wasnât. I was VERY disappointed in the customer service. But they did do a good job fixing the car. So I give them a 5.
