I noticed the alignment was off right after picking the car up and they refused to do anything about it. They insisted we needed to go through the insurance, although we repeatedly told them the alignment was fine before we dropped the car off and had nothing to do with the accident.

From the first time till this time im not sure

The receptionist in the body shop was kind of rude to me when I first went in there about my problem. And also when I called to get the phone number for my insurance adjuster that they talk to. But was nice to me after the work was approved

I would do it because I know they are good and they just made honest mistakes

Overall, the outcome was amazing! My car looks fantastic! However, the downside is that they didn’t thoroughly check to ensure everything was working properly. It was an honest mistake, but simple things like that can leave a dissatisfied customer feeling compelled to return and take their car back. It’s frustrating when things that worked when I dropped it off suddenly stop working when I get it back. Additionally, a new headlight developed condensation and water, while my other one, which has been on the car for nine years, remains unaffected.

Customer service is great everyone in there is nice even when I had to take it back because of some minor issues. They didn’t have a problem with wanting to fix it.
