To nobody. You guys worked on 2 of my vehicles have messed up on all of them. One of the vehicles you worked on twice. Can you guys ever get it right the first time? Especially when you guys are holding are vehicles for months on months.

Didn’t even properly fix my truck. Bed bolts are stripped and had nuts welded to them to be removed but was NEVER replace nor was they even tighten down… the trim on the side where the car accident was, was never replace/painted. The front bumper still has scratches on it from the accident. I am VERY dissatisfied and I will never recommend this place to anybody needing body work. Then was offered $500 to sweep it under the table and drive off like this. Poor workman ship and sh!t way to handle business

The repair itself was done very well, however the communication was very lacking. The shop had my vehicle for over 2 months. Part of this was due to supply chain issues, which I completely understand is out of the shops control. But I never once received a call from the shop with updates, instead I had to call in myself and was often given a lackluster response. The completion date was pushed out 3 times and I was never given a very clear reason as to why. The insurance company only covered 30 days for a rental vehicle which left me without a vehicle for approximately a month, which I relayed to the shop and no condolences were given. Like I said, good repair but the customer service was definitely lacking.
