The whole experience from start to finish was undoubtedly the best experienece I have ever had! Mike and the front office were were great and very helpful! I had such a great experience with Palm Bay Collision. I was rear ended to the point the other car was jammed under mine. I googled repair shops near me and Palm Bay Collision came up and had great reviews. I figured they were worth a call. I showed up on a Friday and they were able to look at the damage and the estimate from the insurance company to tell give me their opinion. They were honest and up front the whole time. I ended up dropping my car off the next Monday to start the repairs. It took 3 weeks to fix (insurance delayed a supplement claim) but they were in communication with me the whole time about it. When I picked up my car it looked great! The back end looked completely new (which, the bumper was). The whole car had been washed and waxed and the inside had even been vacuumed and wiped down! I hope I won’t need any body work in the future but I will most certainly be bringing any car here!
