I was told when I brought my car in it would be 1 to 3 days to repair it. It took two weeks. This is not acceptable. I bought my car at Palm Chevrolet and have always been happy with the service. The collision staff was very nice. But the wait time I feel was too long.

The white lights in my back bumper both worked when I took it there but now only one of them works and that’s the passenger side the driver’s side is not working now I don’t know what they did to it

I have used Palm and the work was awesome but this time the repairs was VERY poor and scheduled to take it back, repairs is just rear bumper and Palm trying to used the same instead of replacing it and their estimate is unrealistic to the insurance company
