I am very disappointed in your service... I was under the impression that my car would be repaired to the highest standard... And come to find out my bumper era repaired as opposed to being replaced... I would have never allowed a repair of a plastic bumper... and I am sure I will have issue in the future... because without my permission the bumper was repaired the insurance company request and I am sure the mounting assembly was glued to my bumper... shoty workmanship

it took an enormous amount of time for my repair. I was only kept up update when I called into the shop. Glen was courteous and kind. I do appreciate that. But as a whole this garage did not keep me informed. It is unlikely that I will return to the shop based On the degree of uncertainty as to when I might Get my vehicle back.

Had to take the car back for a new wheel that will actually match the others and to have overspray removed from the windows. The actual work looks great. Just would have liked to got the car back and been able to keep it and not take it back for another week.

Picked the car up when I was told it was "finished". First I noticed the windshield had overspray all over it on the way home. Got home and realized the "new" wheel looked like it had been spray painted. Had to take it back, which resulted in not having the car for another week. Just picked it up, made it 2 miles and it just dies...no lights, no warnings just dies. Having it towed to Sullivan GMC for evaluation since obviously you don't know what your doing. I will be calling the GM a Executive office on you guys yet again. I swore I would never return to Palm Chevrolet for any repair. Should have know nothing had changed since my last problems with you people.
