Ron Fazio was awesome! He provided a thorough estimate within 24 hours of my online request, he explained the process to get the small repair completed outside of insurance, and got the work done as promised. The car was well taken care of and looked great when picked up today. Everyone in the office was friendly and very accommodating. I can't recall a body shop in my 59 years with such great service. Let Ron know how much we appreciated his attention to detail and for setting the example for what customer service is supposed to be. I will gladly refer others to PP Bodywerks in the future and I would not hesitate to return myself if ever needed. Keep up the great work!
