This job was more complicated than usual, with repairs covered under insurance and other unrelated work handled separately... Vinh did an outstanding job of accounting of it all - multiple payments direct from the insurance company as well as the pricing between the AM and OEM parts, labor, and supplies. He kept me current and honest on the progress with timely updates, quick to respond to my questions and follow-ups. A pleasure to work with him thru the entire repair process. PPLBW was my choice to ensure OEM parts and repair procedures were used, to the extent that I paid out of pocket for the differences in cost the insurance would only cover for after-market parts and supplies. And since I was paying the difference, I very much appreciate PPLBW's flexibility, allowing the option to use or match discounted OEM parts through Park Place Plano Lexus Online Parts and Accessories website.
