Great experience from start to finish. There was confusion with the type of claim submitted which got things off to a very rocky start. Grant did a tremendous job of making sure everything got taken care of in a timely manner. I usually do not fill out these surveys, but on was very impressed with the level of service I received from Grant.

Great working with Grant. He's the best. 2 things: our car key looks like it was run over. All scratched up. And, it appears we might have some over-spray on the drive side windows.

While the service did take 7 weeks, it was performed to a high standard. All staff I interacted with were friendly and helpful. Would recommend.

Good quality repair. Paint was blended well - car looks brand new. Only (minor) issue was that window wiper rest point needed to be reset 1/2" lower. This was fixed almost instantly by the technician on site.

Repair took 7 weeks - I received no updates for the first 4 weeks. After calling and speaking to Grant, he kept me informed for the remaining 3 weeks. He was courteous and apologetic for the delay, and quickly answered any questions I had about the repair.
