It took about two months to get my car back, which was excessively long. During that time, the car was stored outside with the necessary parts removed for repairs. This was my only unpleasant experience

The adjuster made this process, extremely smooth and easy. I really appreciate the tracker on the status update without me having to call to check in on things. They adjuster work directly with the body shop, leaving me out of being the middle man.

Parkplace was phenomenal. Extremely responsive, and as soon as my repairs started, they would send me a daily update. It’s also really nice that they have a relationship with enterprise when I went to go pick up my car. I was able to leave the rental car at the body shop.
