I was very impressed with the level of customer service I experienced, both at the Frisco David McDavid, and the Plano collision repair. I worked mostly with Floyd at the Frisco location, getting the estimate in the beginning, then bringing him my car for him to transport to the collision repair center. I found Floyd to be one of the nicest individuals I've ever had the privilege to meet. He was honest, genuine, not in a hurry, and willing to walk me through the entire process with more patience than I deserved! When I got my car back, he walked me out to it, then asked if I was completely satisfied. I will never take my car anywhere else.
