I was totally impressed with the service by Parks Collision! They were prompt with the quote estimate, and ahead of schedule on the actual repair. It was super easy to coordinate between Parks Collision and my insurance company. I was especially impressed with Rodney, the owner, and his wife, Courtney, who manages the front office. The waiting room is clean, organized, and inviting. Pricing was competitive and the repair was perfectly complete. My car is like new again! I highly recommend Parks Collision, a longstanding family business you can trust.

The only reason i didnt give it a 10 is the quality of the replacement body part. The folded over seam on the underside of the trunk is brutal, and screams "This is a non-OEM part", as does the sticker labeled Hyundai on the trunk lid of a Genesis vehicle. I wonder if replacement Lexis parts are labeled Toyota? Plus the trunk alignment is a teeny bit off on one side. Not enough for most people to notice though. I realize that my insurance company probably didn't want to pay twice as much for an OEM body part, however, so I don't blame Parks

I really appreciate that David took time out of his hectic schedule to give me a ride home, as well as volunteer to pick me back up when my car was finished. A young man also brought my car from where it was parked so I didn't have to walk to it. Overall it was a pain-free experience

The result at pick up was what I expect from a professional auto body repair shop. I can appreciate their digital communication but when human contact was needed, a very informative and professional engagement occurred.
