The reason I opted for 9, on dropping off my vehicle, they found a small dent along the side of the roofline that was possibly made by a flying rock. They said they would fix that also since it was in the area to be fixed. They did NOT fix the dent. Other than that I was 100% satisfied. AWESOME bodyshop and they kept me informed of delays.
