The Lexus was not properly fixed. The drivers side door lock stays locked even when you press the unlock button on the key fob. The only way I can unlock the drivers door lock is crawling across the passenger side seat and manually to unlock the door, I’m hoping I will be able to unlock the driver side door when I return to the car at the airport in Greensboro.on Monday. I need an appointment set for me on Monday morning so that we can get this problem resolved ASAP

Gerber did an excellent job repairing my vehicle in a timely manner. They were helpful and courteous. I’m very happy with the repairs. I plan on using them in the future for all of our collision and glass repair needs. Although, hopefully we won’t need to!
