The process could not have been easier and the communication flow was perfect. I know the name on this says Shaji , but this is Melissa and I handled this from beginning to end with Jon. You might think that these days being a woman handling these things isn’t a big deal, but it is. I never felt anything but respect from Jon. He was kind, clear about the process and supported all my questions. He remembered small things I was concerned about and addressed them when I picked up my car. It means a lot to work with someone like that. I’m grateful. My car repairs look great.
