The back trim was not broken when I took it in. In an attempt to repair the trim it was broken. The effort to repair it was more expensive than estimated and there is a visible crack in the trim now after the repair that was not there before.

First, I want to start off by saying that this has been the best experience I have ever had at any body/mechanic shop! Brad was my point of contact and kept me up to date the whole way. The car looked like new and has driven perfectly, since I picked it up yesterday. This is the first time I have had work done, when I didnât feel like I was being ripped off, lied to or an overall poor job performed. I would highly recommend Parkwood Collision to everyone looking for a great company to do professional work!

My truck was completed 4 days late and had greasy finger prints all over the headliner the first tome that I came to pick it up. Things were corrected when I came back today but it is quite a drive for me to come from Sanger only to find out that I would have to return the next day due to not paying attention to details. I think all is good now though and would give you guys another shot. Thank you
