vehicle looks good, but upon first pickup, there were scratches on back lift gate on side of collision. upon 2d pickup, entire HVAC system did not work at all. had to take it back in and all seemed well until about 3days of driving and the new tire on replaced wheel went flat. had to fill with air. ALSO when i back up, i hear a "clicking" that was never there before. might be unavoidable, but does affect my score

entire staff was kind and accommodating. i had a lot of requests and they always had necessary info. the only reason not 10 is due to needing to take vehicle back a couple of times and the flat tire

Very satisfied with the outcome of my car but I would have liked some type of communication. I was never updated on the status, I was not shown the repairs at the time of pick up, I went a whole week without know my thing about my car and only knew it was ready cause I called for an update. The estimate was never communicated to me, I had to get it thru my insurance.
