I dropped off my car in this location since I was super frustrated with the mess that driver made for me, and now after a short amount of time they repaired my car like a brand new one, feel really happy about their service. They’re really professional and responsible and definitely recommend them.

This collision center is very accommodating all the team are very nice dealing with customers starting from front desk Jennifer to Jack and Rene always giving me updates of the regarding the vehicle up the final repair. This Collision Center is recommended they specialize on Ev vehicles like Rivian Tesla and others.

While they did fix the issues after I called and apologized, the poor communication, mishandling of my belongings, and quality issues with the repair make it hard to confidently recommend them.

I wouldn’t recommend this shop based on my experience. I was originally told my car would take three weeks, but it was finished earlier without proper communication, which complicated returning my rental. I also received a call saying my insurance wouldn’t cover the full bumper and was asked if I wanted to pay $500 out of pocket to replace it. When I picked up my car, my belongings from the trunk had been tossed onto the back seat without care, and the car itself had several issues: electrical problems related to the repair area, a detached handle, and a side panel not properly reattached. To their credit, when I called about these problems, they did apologize and fixed everything the next day. However, the lack of professionalism, communication, and care with my vehicle left me disappointed.
