Came to Pasadena collision center after my Tesla Model Y had an unfortunate run in with a rock on the hood. It caused pretty bad damage, past the clear coat to the base metal color. They were great in getting the fix as good as new. I also noticed there were some scratches that might have happened from when they removed the hood, but they fixed that when I brought it to the manager, Jack’s attention. Excellent customer service from beginning to end.

I was satisfied with my interaction with Jack, the Director of Operations and Rene who took care of the work. Rene has a good sense of humor. He updated me on the status of the work and its progression through email. It felt nice working with the team Jack-Rene. The car came out shining like a brand new car.
