Patriot needs to do a better job in keeping customers informed of the progress of their repairs. I never got any feedback. I had to call to see what was going on. I was quoted 3 days. It happened to be over a week. When inquired I was informed there was a delay in receiving parts; but my cars was ready to be picked up.
