I recently had the pleasure of taking my car to Paul Ries and Sons for some repairs, and I must say, I am thoroughly impressed with the level of service I received. From the moment I walked through their doors, I was greeted with a level of professionalism and when I picked up my car. I also, liked getting updates on my car.

This Service was spectacular! They are very professional and knowledgeable with cars ! I love that they are honest about what’s wrong with your vehicle even though the issue may not be pertaining to the initial accident and they’re willing to fix it! My Car looks Amazing thanks to them!!!! Just like New! The Service was Freaky Fast and the work looks correct. They told me that my car would be ready by a certain day, & trust and believe me it was ready! If you’re looking for an Auto Body Shop, This is the place to GO ! They take pride in what they do and really Great Care of your vehicle!

I dropped off my car on Feb 1, it was supposed to be completed Feb 14. I kept getting texts that it would be ready. I never heard from anyone, so I called on Feb 15. When I called they had to check on my vehicle and call me back. THen, informing me that they were missing parts and it would not be ready untill the 21st. So, when the 21st arrived I heard from no one again!! SO I called. Then it was not going to be ready until the 28th. The following week, I did not call until the 30th. Hearing from NO one. Finally, it was supposed to be done March 8. I have never ever worked with a service before that did not communicate! Everyone was super nice when I called, but Why did I have to call?!?! The Personnel needs to communicate better!

Nick and Munthe were great to work with. Repairs were fast, on time, and they even worked with the insurance company directly so I didn’t have to. I give them 5 out of 5 stars even after a hiccup in communication they made it right and even dropped my car off for me at my home. I would definitely recommend the Paul Ries and sons body shop

Great service. Great work. Convenient. Worked seamlessly with the insurance company so I didn’t have to collect any difference in cost. They did all that for me. We had a little hiccup, but they more than made up for it by offering to pay for an Uber and they even personally dropped my car off for me. Nick and Munthe(?) were fantastic to work with!! Highly recommended.
