The car looked great when it was returned to me. The repair details were explained when I picked up the car and I really appreciate that your shop charged it up for me as well. I'd been planning around having to take it to a supercharger right after picking it up but you all saved me from having to worry about that. Thank you!

I thought about giving a much lower rating because of the receptionist. I never got her name but I know that she’s pregnant, which may explain her attitude. While she didn’t outright disrespect me, the cold informal way that I felt she treated me compared to watching how she treated other custumers was disappointing. I gave a 9 because everyone else that I dealt with (Jon, Nicholas, and the young man that helped me when I picked my car), made me feel totally the opposite and all they did was treat me like a valued customer. I was completely satisfied with the work done and would recommend Paul Ries to others with the warning to be prepared for that receptionist. Thank you.
