The staff was very nice but having to constantly call and find out that I would not be receiving my car with in the original estimated time and then find out there were issues and find because I called vs receiving a call directly was unacceptable.

I just wish I was not called so many times in a row for updates. When I was working, I received about 3 calls in a span of 20 minutes just to tell me we were waiting on a part for my car. I would have called back regardless, but was tied up in that moment… no need to call that much in a short timespan. Work on my car appears to be OK

I am completely satisfied! I simply couldn't believe the near mint condition of the car after it was returned to me. I'm a furniture restoration artist myself and know that matching color and hiding blemishes is no simple task and sometimes will have little indicators of work being done. However that is not the case with my car. It is a perfect match and there's no signs of work. Apart from the completely clean interior that I was not expecting! The car smelled good and the matt was down on the driver side but the entire rest of the car was vacuumed! I still cant believe the level of care and precision that went into my beloved Hyundai. It's as if you're all aware of how much I love this car and put that compassion into the work. Even in the lobby of the shop, all of the agents were kind and pleasant, making me feal at ease with leaving my baby some place new. I will never question what shop I'm going to in the future. My family has been assisted by you all for over 20 years and so will I. Thank you.
