This is the worst vehicle repair experience since getting my drivers license in 1999.

The behavior of this shop is nothing short of immoral if not illegal. We are meeting with a different shop to have the repair properly addressed. The vehicle was left filthy and full of excess pollen, shop dust, and appears to be exposed to outside weather. This is all very confusing because there was nothing that occurred in our vehicle accident that would have caused the aforementioned cleanliness issues. This shop is a joke and literally ripped off my insurance company via using bad parts, bad judgment, and likely lack of skill.

Great work - nothing serious but the little paint chip on the left near the back window could potentially use another dab of paint but other than that everything looks flawless..will recommend you guys to anyone I know needing body work..thanks again
