My car looks and runs fine now and my encounter with everyone there was fine. However my passenger window on the drivers side worked when I dropped off my car, I know because I had the windows down and then put them up when I got there. Geico let me know that it wasn’t working before I picked it up. It greatly diminished the overall experience.

The dent removal was perfect, but the scratches are still visible. I understand there’s only so much they can do though. The staff was incredibly nice and helpful, and the work was finished ahead of schedule
