The team was really nice, I just didn't get the direct communication when there was a delay. There was also black smudges to the interior roof that I'm not sure how to remove yet. The repair itself seems good though.

I had gotten into a car accident and was able to drop my car off and have it fully cared for with no worries. When I picked the car up it was fully fixed and they cleaned the inside and outside. It looked brand new when I picked it back up. So happy with the results!

Customer service wasn't bad all things considered. I was through Geico. However my car took over a month to just replace my bumper. They said 2 weeks tops. The car was “ready” after two and a half weeks- but the bumper was totally crooked and poorly done. They took it back no questions asked and repaired it fully but this took another two plus weeks. When I finally had to pick up the truck they said it’d be out front with the keys in it. When I went to pick it up, it was in their lot around back. I had some random guy Pop out of his car and help me unlock it and drive it off the lot- Saying they’d been trying to get in touch with me for days And they didn’t know I was coming, this is After talking to someone that day. Just unreal. Took far longer than they said, and I had to send it back because I was upset with the product. Ultimately delivered and the guy Nolan was very professional And saved the day regarding customer service.

Repairs were handled promptly and services were well coordinated with my GEICO Insurance co. It was a much appreciated convenience to have a rental car waiting for me. Garage staff communicated clearly regarding the status of repairs as work was being completed, and the car looked great after repairs.
