The staff are very polite and responsive. They explained the repair process to me in details. However, I am a bit disappointed with the quality of the work. I found some smudges and scratches near the rear panel after the repair. Also, the rear brake light has been on and off sporadically after the repair. I returned to the shop and they fixed it but is acting up again after one day. I used couple other auto body shops before and this is the worst one I came across.

Paul's Auto Body did a great job fixing my Fiat and the people there were very friendly and great with communication. The only thing is, I wish they had provided me with a slip detailing the work they did. But other than that, it was a great experience and my car looks brand new!
